I just bought the book, but really dislike the formatting. Some suggestions:

- use portrait instead of landscape format

- use typical US Letter (8.5 x 11) or A4 size.

- typeset with nice fonts

- remove the "customize", "free license", and advertising for your conversion software

I'd love an upgrade if you get around to doing this.
